Shipping Policy

Where we ship We ship from the United Kingdom to the following destinations: United States, Canada, Sweden, and Australia. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@sportzbitz.com before placing an order.

Order processing Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves us.

Shipping costs and delivery times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the service selected. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA: [7–14] business days
  • Canada: [7–14] business days
  • Sweden: [5–10] business days
  • Australia: [10–18] business days

These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Customs, duties and import taxes Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please email info@sportzbitz.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and product, so we can arrange a replacement or refund. You can review our returns & refund policy here.

Incorrect address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched, and any costs to return or re-ship a parcel due to an incorrect address will be passed to the customer.
