Refund Policy

Your statutory right to cancel (14 days) If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@sportzbitz.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — within 14 days of you notifying us of the cancellation. The cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We will refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Our 30-day goodwill return policy In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@sportzbitz.com. The customer is responsible for creating and paying for return postage. For non-defective items returned under this 30-day policy (after the 14-day statutory window has ended), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including original and return shipping costs. After 30 days you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. We will arrange return postage for genuinely faulty or incorrect items at our cost.

Please do not return items without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Outside the 14-day statutory cancellation period, we cannot accept returns on: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases, and gift cards. Sale items can be returned within the 14-day statutory period if eligible, but are not eligible for our additional 30-day goodwill return.

Exchanges We are not currently able to offer an exchange service. If you would like a different item, please return the original within the timeframes above and place a new order.

Refunds Once we receive your return we will inspect it within 3 business days and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@sportzbitz.com.
