Bryant vs. Owens

The Bengals decided not to sign Terrell Owens and signed Antonio Bryan instead.  At first I felt it was a mistake to sign Bryant instead of T. O.  Bryant has knee problems and the last thing the Bengals need is another injured player.  But, I did some research and I found out that Bryant has played with some terrible quarterbacks and he has still had an awesome career.  If he even has an okay quarterback, he could do some real damage.

Maybe Bryant is a better choice because T. O. is getting older and has lost some of his speed.  Also, T. O. talks a lot and that could distract the team.  Who knows if Chad Ochocinco and T. O. would make each other better or would they fight and make the team worse. 

I hope Bryant is what the Bengals offense needs.  I’m excited to see what he will bring to the team next season.
